This Cookie Policy explains how 合同会社MBKY (G.K. MBKY) (“we,” “us,” or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on xbill.co and related services. It should be read with our Privacy Policy.

What are cookies and similar technologies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We also use similar technologies such as browser sessionStorage for a temporary analytics session id (this is not a cookie).

Cookies and storage we use

Essential (required)

• Authentication / session cookies set by our Auth.js (NextAuth) stack when you sign in, to keep you logged in and protect sessions (including security-related cookies such as CSRF protection where applicable).

These are necessary to provide account features you request.

Functional (service features)

• dory_anon_token — lets anonymous Dory participants edit their own questions and limits duplicate voting abuse. The server stores only a hash of the token.
• survey_anon_token — similar anonymous ownership / anti-duplication for surveys. The server stores only a hash of the token.

These cookies support specific interactive features; without them, anonymous ownership features may not work.

Analytics (no analytics cookies)

We measure site usage with first-party, server-side analytics that do not set analytics cookies. A short-lived session id may be kept in sessionStorage (xb_analytics_sid) for the browser tab. IP addresses used for analytics and short-link/email click logs are hashed.

Google Analytics is not active on the Service.

Advertising

We do not use advertising cookies or third-party ad trackers on the Service.

Third parties that may set cookies during use

• Google OAuth — if you choose “Sign in with Google,” Google may set cookies according to Google’s policies as part of the authentication flow.
• Cloudflare Turnstile — used on some public forms to reduce bots; Cloudflare may process technical data / use technologies described in Cloudflare’s documentation.

We do not use those providers for cross-site advertising on our pages.

Managing cookies

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies will prevent sign-in and related account features from working. Blocking Dory/survey anonymous cookies will limit anonymous ownership features.

Changes

We may update this Cookie Policy by posting a new version on this page and revising the effective date.
