our focus
the inner shift, not the outer strategy
What we hold space for
- Identity, ego, and reclaiming who you are
- The grief, guilt, and loneliness of walking away
- Rebuilding self-trust, boundaries, and confidence
- Navigating risk, the fear, and the awkward in-between
- Freedom, and learning how to just exist
What we leave at the door
- Side hustles, monetization, or exit strategies
- Personal branding and networking tactics
- Resume optimization, interview prep, or traditional pivots
- Productivity frameworks and hustle blueprints
- Growth-hacking your way out of the matrix
If you're looking for a playbook, you'll be disappointed. If you're looking for honest, messy company on the journey, welcome home.

Common questions
Anyone thinking about or currently making the move out of corporate life. Whether you're still working your corporate job or you've already taken the leap, you are welcome here.
Yes. Even if you plan to stay in the corporate world, you'll find plenty to connect with. We focus on universal themes like identity, work culture, and how to protect your personal boundaries.
There is no rigid agenda. We pick a single topic, the co-hosts share a few raw reflections on how they relate to it, and then we open the floor. The best insights come naturally from the casual, spontaneous conversation.
They usually spark from our past conversations or whatever the co-hosts are personally navigating at the time. Every topic is chosen to be deeply relevant to the realities of leaving corporate.
We don't follow a fixed schedule. The best way to secure a spot is to subscribe for updates so you get notified as soon as the next session is announced.
No. To make sure everyone feels safe speaking openly and honestly, we have a strict no-recording policy. What is shared in the room stays in the room.
We ask everyone to do a quick, casual introduction at the beginning so we know who is in the room. We intentionally keep the room small and intimate to allow space for everyone to speak and share their thoughts. You are welcome to just listen, and we trust that you'd chime in when you feel ready.
It is completely free. The only investment we ask for is 90 minutes of your time, presence, and undivided attention.
